Photo Capture is the ability to capture patient and clinical photographs. This permits a level of

objectivity in assessment and captures that moment in time. The ability to annotate the photos adds an

additional benefit.

Problems List

WebChart’s Problem List module allows office staff to create a comprehensive health history for each

patient and track any current health conditions, as well as past conditions that have been resolved (e.g.

pregnancy).

Using SNOMED® CT (Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms) codes, the WebChart

proprietary auto-complete drives standardized and coded data entry, which can then suggest

medications and care guidelines.

Care Guideline and Medication Recommendations - For example, WebChart can compare information

entered for a congestive heart failure patient with condition care guidelines and recommended

medications. The system will recognize that a medication indicated for the condition is not prescribed

and will prompt the user to either prescribe the medication or chart the patient's intolerance to the

medication. Features include:

Reporting

The reports module provides accurate reporting of data to medical and administrative staff necessary
