Inbound Faxing
Faxes and emailed faxes are an important part of information flow and document management.
The Inbound Faxing module allows practices to streamline work flows, maintain storage and
easy access to important incoming documents, simplify routine tasks and save money on labor,
paper, and printing costs.
Work Flow Management - Inbound faxes are automatically routed into a document repository
or work flow for review and processing, eliminating the need for printing, emailing or watching
the fax machine to adhere to HIPAA compliance regulations.
Lab Results Management - Lab results currently received by fax are automatically routed
electronically to either the patient's chart or a work flow queue eliminating the need for any
manual handling.
Module Implementation includes: Inbound faxing module – dedicated fax lines required. Three
hours of project management, one hour of training, and inbound fax line activation.
Required Hardware includes: M212F router and fax server card (2,4 and 8 port cards available)
